The solution to my
I had an unused pair of fun tube socks lying around so I dusted off the old sewing machine and went to town.
Here is the finished product. Now I just need bugsy to wake up so she can try them on. If this works, mommy is headed to Target for $1 socks!
------UPDATE------
Well, Chloe bug woke up and tried on her warmers. Not too shabby for our first attempt that took less than 5 minutes. I'll have more to show off later.
They look good! I'm planning on attempting to make some soon.
ReplyDeleteGreat minds think alike! I actually bought some for $12, then had the same idea! I even looked at the same site you linked to! They turned out great, can't wait to see Ms. Chloe in them!
ReplyDeleteOooh! Ladies, please post yours too! I love the warmers!
ReplyDeleteYou did a really good job and you chose the perfect model. She has the perfect legs to show off the warmers!
ReplyDeleteWish I had leg warmers on cold winter days. Chloe looks so comfy with them on. Kim you are terrific making new ideas become real and affordable.
ReplyDeleteI want to try making them too, but I don't have a sewing machine. :(
ReplyDeleteAnyway, good job! Thanks for sharing! :)
